Turn team huddles into task lists
Sound familiar?
“We agree on things in our huddle, and by Friday nobody remembers who was doing what.”
By Toby Egbuna

What you'll need
- Your business profile. Don't have one? Start here →
- Your huddle notes, a transcript or a voice memo (or just what you remember)
- Your team's task list (Trello, Asana, Notion, Sheets or a shared note)
- Your team roster with roles and nicknames
What you'll get
- A task list with one owner and one real date per item
- Updated tracker rows, or a table you can paste into your list
- A short team recap in your voice, ready for you to approve
- A check on what slipped from last huddle
How it works
After each huddle, it reads what was said, pulls out only the tasks someone actually agreed to, and asks you about any missing owner or date instead of guessing. You approve one list, it updates your tracker and drafts the team recap in your voice, and next time it opens with what's still open.
