Pick what to hand off first

I'm doing everything myself and don't know what to hand off first.

What you'll need

  • Your business profile. Don't have one? Start here →
  • Your calendar and inbox, connected to your AI (or a list of last month's tasks)
  • Your task list or project tool
  • Who's available to help: a partner, staff, a contractor, or nobody yet
  • What's off-limits for anyone else to touch

What you'll get

  • Last month's recurring tasks, sorted into: have your AI do it, hand it to a person, or keep it
  • This month's one handoff, picked for hours freed and low risk, plus the next two in line
  • A ready-to-use checklist or AI instructions for that handoff
  • A role description built from real tasks, if a hire makes sense

How it works

Run it the first Monday of each month. It rebuilds last month from your calendar and inbox, checks how last month's handoff went, and sorts every recurring task into AI, person, or keep. Then it picks the one handoff that frees the most time at the lowest risk, starting with reversible work and leaving money and key clients for last, and writes the checklist so it sticks. Nothing goes to anyone until you approve it.
