What you'll need
- Your business profile. Don't have one? Start here →
- Your email inbox (Gmail or Outlook), connected to your AI, or 20–50 recent customer messages
- Your website, policies, and price list
- A reply you've sent that sounds like you
- Which messages must always come to you
What you'll get
- A reply library: one approved answer per repeat question, in your voice
- Drafted replies to this week's unanswered messages, ready for you to approve
- A plain FAQ document, ordered by what customers actually ask
- A flag on new or spiking questions, and on complaints that need you
How it works
Run it every Monday. It reads the week's customer messages, groups them by the question underneath, and keeps one confirmed answer per question in your voice. It checks changing facts against their source, never guesses, and drafts replies to unanswered messages from the library. Complaints, refunds and anything sensitive always come to you, and nothing is sent until you approve it.
