Follow up after client calls
I finish a client call or wrap up an email or Slack thread, the next job starts, and the follow-up I promised slips.

What you'll need
- Your business profile. Don't have one? Start here →
- Your call notes or recordings, or the email, Slack, or Teams threads where you talk to clients
- The inbox or chat you message clients from
- Your email-voice skill, or one follow-up you've sent
What you'll get
- A follow-up for each client conversation, ready for you to approve
- A list of who owes what by when, including your own to-dos
- Flags on unhappy clients or promises at risk
How it works
After each client conversation (or once at the end of the day), it reads your notes, recording, or the email or chat thread and pulls out every promise made on both sides, including the ones nobody wrote down. Then it drafts a short follow-up in your voice with clear next steps and owners. It checks dates and people's names first, and nothing goes out until you approve it.
