Bring back regulars
Sound familiar?
“My regulars quietly stop coming, and I don't notice until the month comes in light.”
What you'll need
- Your business profile. Don't have one? Start here →
- Your customer or sales history (connect your booking, POS or invoicing tool if your AI can, or export a CSV from it)
- Your unsubscribe or do-not-contact list
- The inbox you email customers from
What you'll get
- A monthly list of regulars who've drifted past their usual rhythm, ranked by what they used to spend
- Personal win-back emails and texts in your voice, ready for you to approve
- Short call scripts for your best past customers
- A tally of who came back, what they brought in, and why people said they left
How it works
Run it on the first Monday of each month. It learns each customer's own rhythm (every 5 weeks, twice a year, once a year), flags anyone clearly past it, and removes anyone who opted out or you'd rather not have back. Then it drafts up to three warm, no-pressure messages over 60 to 90 days that mention their last visit and give a real reason to come back, with no discount unless you choose one. Nothing goes out until you approve it, and it stops after the number of tries you set.
