Onboard new hires
Sound familiar?
“I hire someone good, tell them to shadow whoever's on, and they're gone in two weeks.”

What you'll need
- Your business profile. Don't have one? Start here →
- The new hire's name, role, start date and schedule
- Your SOPs or checklists (or a voice memo of how you do the job)
- The name of a good buddy on your team
- Your email and calendar, connected or pasted
What you'll get
- A 30-day plan for each new hire: a before-day-one checklist, a first-week schedule with a named buddy, task sign-offs built from your SOPs, and dated check-ins
- Every Monday, a list of the check-ins and sign-offs due that week, with drafted messages and the right questions for each stage, ready for you to approve
How it works
When someone accepts the job, it builds their first 30 days from how you actually work: what's ready before they arrive, who they shadow, and which tasks they need signed off before they work alone. Every Monday it tells you who's due for a check-in or a sign-off and drafts the messages and questions, and nothing goes out until you approve it.
