Sort your inbox
Sound familiar?
“I spend my evenings digging through email, and a new customer still gets buried under bills and junk.”

What you'll need
- Your business profile. Don't have one? Start here →
- Your business inbox: Gmail or a work Outlook account (or paste it in)
- Your email voice (from Write emails in your voice, or 3–5 emails you've sent)
- The addresses your website form, booking system or lead sites send from
What you'll get
- A twice-daily sort that shows the few emails that need you today
- Every email labelled by what it needs from you: To respond, Action, FYI or Meeting updates
- Drafted replies in your voice, ready to approve
- A waiting list so nobody goes quiet
- A tidy-up batch (labels, filing, unsubscribe suggestions) that clears the rest without deleting anything
How it works
Works with Gmail or a work Outlook account. Run it each morning and before you finish for the day. It labels every email by what it needs from you (To respond, Action, FYI or Meeting updates), lets you rename or add labels, checks Spam and Promotions for lost enquiries, pulls out the handful that need you today, drafts the routine replies in your voice, and hands repeat questions, late payments and quote replies to the skills built for them. Nothing goes out or gets moved until you say yes.
