Plan your day
Sound familiar?
“I start every morning with a full calendar, a full inbox and no idea what actually has to get done today.”

What you'll need
- Your business profile. Don't have one? Start here →
- Your calendar (Google, work Outlook, or a pasted screenshot)
- Your to-do list or task app
- Your business inbox, or the subject lines of what's unread
What you'll get
- A one-page plan for the day with your top three and time blocks fitted around your fixed appointments
- A short "if there's time" list, plus anything to hand off
- Drafted reschedule or hand-off messages ready to approve
- A carry-over list so nothing gets lost
How it works
Run it each working morning, or at the end of the day to set up tomorrow. It reads your calendar, to-dos and new mail, picks the three things that truly need you, and fits them into the gaps around your fixed appointments with room left for interruptions. If the day won't fit, it tells you what to move instead of cramming it in. Nothing is sent or changed until you say yes.
