Ask for reviews

My customers are happy with the work, but I barely get any reviews.

What you'll need

  • Your business profile. Don't have one? Start here →
  • Your Google review link
  • Last week's finished jobs (your booking, invoicing or order tool, or an export)
  • How you contact customers (text, email, or both)

What you'll get

  • A weekly list of who to ask, with a personal text and email for each
  • One gentle follow-up for anyone who hasn't reviewed yet
  • A two-line in-person script for the end of each job
  • A running tally of asked vs. reviewed

How it works

Run it every Monday, or right after a job. It pulls everyone whose job just finished and drafts a short, personal text and email in your voice, naming the job, with a one-tap review link. It sends one follow-up and then stops, checks in first with anyone who had a problem, and follows Google's rules: everyone gets asked and nobody gets an incentive. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
