Follow up on quotes
Sound familiar?
“I send quotes and then hear nothing, and I never know whether to chase or let them go.”

What you'll need
- Your business profile. Don't have one? Start here →
- Your open quotes (Jobber, Housecall Pro, QuickBooks or Xero estimates, or a list)
- The inbox your quotes go out from
- One follow-up you've sent that sounds like you
What you'll get
- A twice-weekly list of quotes due for a nudge, with drafted follow-ups ready to approve
- A call list with short scripts for your biggest quotes
- A pipeline line showing dollars waiting, quotes closed out and your close rate
How it works
Run it Monday and Thursday mornings. It checks which quotes got replies, stops chasing those, and drafts the right next message for the rest: a quick check, then something useful, then a polite "should I close this out?" that gets you a clear yes or no. Your price never changes, big quotes get a phone call if you want one, and nothing goes out until you approve it.
