Screen new applicants
Sound familiar?
“Applications pile up faster than I can read them, and I can't tell who's actually worth a call.”

What you'll need
- Your business profile. Don't have one? Start here →
- The role card or live job post for each open role (must-haves and knockout questions)
- Your applicants: the inbox where applications land, an export from Indeed or ZipRecruiter, uploaded résumés, or a paste
- Your calendar or the times you can take calls
- A reply you've sent an applicant before, if you have one
What you'll get
- A twice-weekly sorted list for every open role: call, ask, or doesn't meet, with the line from each application behind the call
- Short phone-screen questions for everyone worth a call
- Drafted invites with two call times, follow-up questions and kind declines, as emails and texts, ready for your yes
- A one-line pipeline per role, and a flag when a post is attracting the wrong people
How it works
Every Monday and Thursday while any role is open, it reads the new applications for all your open jobs against each role's own must-haves, quoting the line that shows each one and setting aside anything that isn't the job, like names, photos, ages and gaps. You get the few worth a call first, grouped by role, with a short phone screen for each and drafted replies for everyone else. Nobody hears from you until you approve it, one person at a time.
