What's included

The pipeline board, the aged-receivables view, and the underlying code. Everything you click is real and ready to use with your own quotes.

What it does

A kanban-style board that tracks every quote from sent to accepted to invoiced to paid. Shows conversion rates by service, flags invoices that have aged past your terms, and produces a weekly follow-up list without you thinking about it.

What you'll need

A list of quotes you sent in the last 60 days with amount, client, and status.
Your standard payment terms (net 15, net 30, on receipt).
The email address you send invoices from — so overdue reminders come from you, not a bot.

How to set it up

  1. 1Import your last 60 days of quotes from your existing tool or a spreadsheet.
  2. 2Set your payment terms and your overdue-reminder cadence.
  3. 3Tag each quote by service type so conversion reports are meaningful.
  4. 4Turn on the weekly follow-up email — it lands in your drafts, not your customer’s inbox, until you approve it.
  5. 5Review once a week; the board will tell you which quotes went cold and which invoices went past due.

How to make it your own

Use your own service categories and stages.
Change the overdue-reminder tone from polite to firm as you like.
Export weekly reports in the format your accountant already asks for.

If this feels like too much

We can wire it up to your existing tools, load your data, and customize it for how your business actually works.
